Artwork Collaboration for "Ripples in Leadership"

Dr. Allison Sadler, the author of Ripples in Leadership, approached me to create illustrations for her upcoming book. She had a clear vision for the artwork, which allowed me to translate her ideas into a series of small illustrations.

I began the process by sketching the images in pencil before outlining them with dark ink. To ensure a cohesive aesthetic throughout the illustrations, I imported the images into Adobe Photoshop. There, I adjusted the backgrounds to white and darkened the linework to achieve a uniform black.

Additionally, I reworked a small graphic for her book using Adobe Illustrator, presenting it in grayscale to maintain consistency with the overall design.
